Community / Discord Rules — English

1. You are not allowed to mention the owner when he is offline unless he is in the chat.
2. You are not allowed to mention staff who work in this server without any reason. It will disturb their time. If you want to report anyone breaking the rules or report a server issue, open a ticket in 💭-server-help. Do not open tickets without a reason.
3. The use of swear words should be reduced to avoid misunderstandings between members and to avoid fights.
4. Respecting each other is a must. Treat each other equally.
5. Reduce sensitive topics, politics, and any topic that can cause anger or fights between server members.
6. Users under the age of 13 are not allowed to be on this server. If found, they will be banned immediately.
7. Obscene words, pictures, nicknames, links, behavior, NSFW content, and anything related are not allowed.
8. The only permitted languages are Bahasa Melayu and English. This is to make moderation easier and avoid bypassing rules.
9. You may share your drawings, but AI drawings, tracing other people's drawings, claiming other people's drawings, and stealing artwork are strictly forbidden.

2. Anda tidak dibenarkan mention staff yang bekerja di dalam server ini tanpa sebarang sebab. Ia akan mengganggu masa mereka. Jika anda ingin membuat laporan mengenai sesiapa yang melanggar peraturan ataupun laporan mengenai server, buka tiket di 💭-server-help. Jangan sesuka hati membuka tiket tanpa sebarang sebab.
3. Penggunaan kata kasar haruslah dikurangkan bagi mengelakkan salah faham antara ahli-ahli dan juga mengelakkan pergaduhan.
4. Menghormati sesama sendiri adalah wajib. Saling melayan satu sama lain dengan sama rata.
5. Kurangkan topik sensitif, politik, dan mana-mana topik yang boleh menyebabkan kemarahan ataupun pergaduhan di antara ahli.
6. Pengguna di bawah umur 13 tahun tidak dibenarkan berada di dalam server ini. Jika didapati, anda akan diban serta-merta.
7. Tutur kata lucah, gambar, nama samaran, pautan, tingkah laku, kandungan NSFW, dan mana-mana yang berkaitan tidak dibenarkan sama sekali.
8. Bahasa yang dibenarkan sahaja ialah Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa English bagi memudahkan kerja staff dan mengelakkan bypass.
9. Anda boleh berkongsi lukisan, tetapi lukisan AI, tracing lukisan orang lain, claiming lukisan orang lain, dan mencuri karya adalah dilarang sama sekali.

Minecraft Server Rules — English

1. Behavior and Respect

• Respect all players and staff.
• Harassment, threats, racism, sexism, or toxic behavior are strictly prohibited.
• No provocation or chat spam.
• Use appropriate and respectful language in public chat.

2. Ethics and Fair Play

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or bug abuse is not allowed.
• Mods that provide unfair advantages, including x-ray and auto-farm, are prohibited.
• Report bugs instead of taking advantage of them.
• Scamming or deceiving other players is forbidden.

3. Common Sense

• Do not do anything that clearly disrupts or harms others.
• If you are unsure whether something is allowed, assume it is not allowed.
• Staff instructions are final.
• “I didn’t know” is not an excuse.

4. Building and Claims

• Griefing or damaging other players' builds is prohibited.
• Do not build too close to others without permission.
• AFK farms must be server-friendly and lag-free.
• Excessive structures or chunk abuse are not allowed.

5. Economy and Trading

• Price scamming or market manipulation is prohibited.
• Item duplication or abuse of economy mechanics will result in a ban.
• All trades must be fair, honest, and voluntary.
• The server reserves the right to reset the economy if necessary.

6. World & Exploration

• Do not damage spawn or public areas.
• Do not leave dangerous holes or traps without warning.
• Large redstone machines that cause lag may be removed.
• Auto-farms must be turned off if requested by staff.

7. Accounts & Security

• One account per player.
• Alt accounts used for advantages are not allowed.
• You are responsible for the security of your own account.
• Items lost due to personal negligence will not be refunded.

8. Enforcement

• Staff have the right to issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans.
• Staff decisions are final.
• Attempting to evade punishment will result in harsher penalties.
• The server may change rules at any time without prior notice.

• Play responsibly and maturely.
• Help maintain a healthy community.

5. Economy & Trading

• Harga scam atau manipulasi ekonomi dilarang.
• Dupe item atau abuse mekanik ekonomi akan dikenakan ban.
• Trade mesti jujur dan sukarela.
• Server berhak reset ekonomi jika perlu.

6. Dunia & Eksplorasi

• Jangan rosakkan spawn atau kawasan awam.
• Jangan tinggalkan lubang berbahaya tanpa tanda.
• Mesin redstone berlebihan yang menyebabkan lag akan dipadam.
• Auto-farm perlu dimatikan jika diminta staf.

7. Akaun & Keselamatan

• Satu akaun satu pemain.
• Dilarang alt account untuk kelebihan.
• Akaun anda tanggungjawab anda sendiri.
• Kehilangan item akibat kecuaian tidak akan diganti.

8. Penguatkuasaan

• Staf berhak memberi amaran, mute, kick, atau ban.
• Keputusan staf adalah muktamad.
• Cubaan elak hukuman akan tambah hukuman.
• Server boleh ubah rules tanpa notis awal.

9. Nota Penting

• Bermain dengan matang.
• Jaga komuniti.
• Nikmati permainan dan berseronok.

Additional Server Notices

• No griefing or starting wars. Only clans that want PvP may do so through CVC. Respect other players' privacy and homes. Players are expected to read the rules; the supplied notice states that failure to read them may result in an immediate ban.
• CPVP is not allowed.
• No cheating. A separate supplied notice states: 3 warnings, then ban.
• Advertising is prohibited. Links to other Discord groups and IP addresses for other Minecraft servers may not be shared. Only Outlast Discord links and Outlast server IP addresses are allowed.
• Spawner rank rule: A player with a rank that can mine spawners may not provide that privilege to a player who cannot mine them. The supplied rule also states that a player who buys a spawner from /shop cannot ask a ranked player to place/mine it for them and then request a money refund.

Stealing Staff Items

Minor misdemeanor — Take without permission / test staff item: First warning and item returned. If repeated: mute 30 minutes–2 hours.

Simple offense — Steal staff items from a chest / staff base: Inventory rollback, jail 30 minutes–3 hours, and ban 1–3 days if the item is high value.

Serious misdemeanor — Steal staff items to sell / exploit / abuse: Ban 7–30 days, confiscation of stolen goods, and base rollback if necessary.

Very serious offense — Stealing using exploit, dupe, or insider: Permanent ban, blacklist from events and rank, report to owner, and log as a high-risk case.

Stealing, misusing, or exploiting staff items is prohibited. Staff items are used for server duties, not personal advantage, and action may be taken according to the level of the offense.
